EQ funding initiative is not enough. 'Good start - but more is needed' say the Body Corporates Chairs' Group (BCCG) and the Wellington Inner City Association (ICA) . The ICA and BCCG are calling for the government to establish a financial and advisory support infrastructure to support all owners faced with seismic strengthening. More Info

New earthquake legislation has taken affect this week that will affect many BCs, including those outside the EQ hotspots.
