With over two decades of experience in Body Corporate and building management, our director leads a team proficient in the Residential Tenancy Act and the Unit Titles Act. Acting on behalf of owner committees, we efficiently oversee daily building operations, including maintenance and service provision, while also helping with long-term maintenance strategies. We report to the committee proactively. Serving property owners is our priority.

We use the building and facility management software for recording the daily tasks and work orders. Additionally, our after-hours call centre facility could be arranged for a swift resolution of noise and security concerns, enhancing resident satisfaction and safety.
